Mundesley WI is saddened by the recent death of a very dear former member Gloria Seeman. Gloria was a member of Mundesley WI for over 20 years and was very active within our earlier amateur dramatics group. Gloria trained as a professional ballet dancer in her younger days and eventually became a Tiller Girl travelling all over the country and meeting many famous people from the world of entertainment. Dance and Music were Gloria’s passion.
Shortly after her 90th birthday she joined us at our Knit & Knatter meeting for birthday cake and tea. As she left, Gloria performed a little dance with her Zimmer frame. A memory that will stay with us forever. RIP Gloria. We miss you.
